Introducing Muwanki Bryan Ngwa

Steem greetings to everyone. As a follow-up to present every child benefiting from the YEESJA UPLIFT FOR BAMENDA PROJECT, we shall be present two kids to Steemit today. We are more than grateful for the unconditional love and support we receive from the Steemit.

YEESJA presence Muwanki Bryan Ngwa born on 13 October 2010, in Bafut to a single mother call Lum Tina. Bryan is still in primary school and is in class 6. In January 2021, when we announced on the radio that YEESJA was in need of IDPs to train, Bryan and his mum showed up at the interview and narrated a sad story that had caused Bryan to stay out of school why his mates were in school.

Bryan and his mother are victims of the ongoing crisis and are IDPs in Bamenda. They left Bafut due to the war and life is not treating them well in Bamenda. His mother had a serious financial crisis and Bryan could not go to school because his mother could not pay his school fees and register him for his Common Entrance examination AND first school leaving certificate.

we assisted this child with his Registration fee and school fees. The Exams registration fees cost 15000 CFAF and the school fees cost 60000 CFAF and we have paid the totality for this chill to sit in class.

We are very satisfied with his progress in school and he just sat for his common entrance two days ago.

The picture below is Bryan and all I will ask from us Steemians is to pray for the young man and his mother. It is not an easy task to bring up a child as a single mother.

Introducing Raissa Vichissego

Raissa Vichissego is 23 years old and she is a single mother. Her son is 1year 5 months old now and lives with her mother in the village at big Babanki. Raissa was brought up by her mum who is also a single mother.Joen Sange her mum, could not provide her with quality education and other basic necessities that a child needs. Raissa was managing life in the village with her mother until the outbreak of the political war that sent her from the village to be a bar attendant where she became pregnant for her son in the western region of Cameroon.

when we launch the UPLIFT program in January, her grandmother heard us over the radio and called her to come to register for the program. After an interview with her, she became a beneficiary and she learns BARBING at mile 3 Nkwen.

we look forward to paying her training fee which will cost us 100,000 CFAF and will provide her with working equipment and seed capital upon her graduation in December 2021.
These are some of her pictures at work.

I love what the organization Yeesja is doing. I am product of single parenting and I know how hard it is. I saw my mother go through the stress and struggles.
I pray Bryan becomes a bright and good gentle man to help his mom.
And I also offer my prayers to Raissa. I hope to get a hair treat from her in future.

Up up Yeesja.
