THE DIARY GAME OF WEDNESDAY 15/7/2022. CARRYOUT MY FOOTBALL REFEREE MEDICAL TEST

INTRODUCTION

My beautiful people of Steemit i salute you all
I trust God you all are doing amazing well.

Happy Sunday to you all i welcome you all to my blog today with my diary game.

I feel so happy to tell you all how i spend my day carrying out my medicals tests before going in the football referee promotion test this year.

The various medical test contained

• The ECG (Electrocardiogram) test to know the function of the heart.
• The sugar level
• Eye test to know you level of views
• Covid19 test.
  
  
  MORNING PERIOD

That faithfull day i wake up from bed at 6am with my friend and same time colleague .

We did our morning devotion took out bath and left limbe for Buea General hospital to carry out our tests.

The test demand us to do without eating or doing physical activities so we left home without even eating anything.

We arrived the hospital at 8am did our consultation immediately after consultation we were asked to seat and wait for the doctor .

At 10am the Doctor arrived and we started our
tests .

The doctor started with the ECG( Electrocardiogram) test after the test he gave me 3 hours to come back for the results.

I left straight to carryout the other tests
the sugar level test, Covid19 test and the eye test.

After doing all the tests i and my friend made our self comfortable arround the hospital premises waiting for our results before proceeding with our other activities for the day.

AFTERNOON PERIOD

At noon we went out to look for something to eat as the doctor instructed us to eat healthy food .

It was not easy seeing a good place arround the hospital to eat.

One of our friends directed us to a place really far from the hospital where we can eat fufu corn , vegetables and chicken.

We arrived there arround 12:30pm and took our lunch as you can see we ate healthy food.

At 1 :30 pm we were done eating and we left back to the hospital for our results before reaching the results the results were already thank God all of our results were normal.

From the hospital we went to the UBA Bank to pay our licence for the 2022 football season .

For the receipt is one of the documents required by the federation before seating for the promotion test.

It was already the last day for us to pay the licence we went late but all thanks to God we succeeded in paying the licence.

After finishing our mission in Buea we left at 4pm back to limbe and we arrived home at arround 5:30pm.

EVENING PERIOD

After arriving home very tired we took a short sleep for about 2 hours wake up at 8pm and went for training.

We trained for about an hour return back home took our bath and ate dinner.

After eating we reviced the laws of the game answered questions did alot research in laws of the game in preparation of the test.

At 11pm we prayed and we slept off.

CONCLUSION

The day was quite a stressful one and it was not easy moving we thank God all worked as planned.
