The Diary Game. 30/04/2024// A joyful day.

Steem greetings from me to you all on this prestigious ecosystem, from my home country Cameroon.Today another to share with you people my activities for the day .In my previous diary post I made mentioned am fine health wise but I thank God for the recovery .Hoping to be strong and heathy soon. Today has been a joyful day for me despite my health condition.

Early in the morning at 6:00 am, when I was already up from bed taking my medication prescribed to me by the doctor. I received a called from my elder sister who live in a different region from mine .Giving a surprised news she has put to birth to a baby girl .I was so happy and jump jubilating because after 6years of marriage this is her first child. She has been pregnant serval times and ending up having miscarriages.

She told me she has sent pictures of the newborn to me through WhatsApp.Immediately I switched on my data and went directly to her inbox .I saw series of the newborn .The baby is very strong and healthy physically.I was so happy to see the new .I received called from my siblings and mother as the whole family was happy for her .Everyone was trying to ensure that she is fine after delivery .She sent us a picture of her and the newborn, she was smiling 😊. We were so happy to see she fine.As we chatted for sometime.

Later, as am not feeling fine, I still face difficulty in working but I had try and a do some few things in the house as the mother of the house . I made sure the house is clean and it’s in good conditions.I looked for what to eat as lunch eventhough, am not having appetite.I made omelette and ate with bread as my breakfast .After, I took my afternoon medication and tried to relaxed outside for sometime to take fresh air .

At one point my body was weak and I went back to bed to take a nap for about 2 hours .I got up when my kids were back from school . I heated leftovers food and gave to eat .At one point I was confused on what to cook as dinner.I decided to prepare something simple that will not over stressed me.

I decided to make fry fish with dry tomato sauce to be eaten with fried plantain.I had ripe plantain in the house with ingredients to prepare my sauce with .I removed fresh fish from the fish ,sliced it In desirable sizes , spiced it with the spices I prepared.I had to allow it for some few minutes for the spices to concentrate in the fish .

The next I did was to peeled the ripe plantain and fry .At the same time I sliced my tomato, onions , grind garlic and white pepper. When I was done frying plantain . I fried my fresh fish’s and made sauce to be eaten with .After, my husband was back from home and served dinner for us to eat as family .

When I was done having my dinner,I called my elder sister to know how is she and the new born body . We spoke for time as she was fine . At 8:00pm , I decided to call it’s a day by going to bed .My day was joyful for one for me . Eventhough am not fine health wise but because my sister gave birth to a baby girl after 6years of marriage without a child .God blessed her and the husband with a baby girl today which is worth celebrating.May everyone suffering of fruit of the home be blessed with a child 🙏
