Dear Steemians, I hope we all are fairing well. Here with me is my today’s experience in a saloon. Enjoy 😊

I was soo excited to get my hair done because it’s been like a ages and I haven’t plaited my hair due to personal reasons. So today I decided to change my looks. As early as 9am I went to the market bought my mesh and some other items. Afterwards, I returned to the saloon unfortunately they were plaiting a woman’s hair so I had to wait. The wait was soo long and I was starving yet couldn’t get food or anything around. I just had to persevere 😣. After about 2hours of waiting, they retouched, washed and dried my hair.

After drying my hair. I had hoped that soon they will soon start plaiting but then another woman came in saying they should style her hair. It took like 1hour just to undo the woman’s hair and style again🤦🏻‍♀️ I almost cried. After they styled her hair she paid and left. Then they continued with the other woman’s hair. At exactly 3:30pm that was when they started plaiting my hair. Since 10am that I have been in that saloon. They plaited and plaited and finished at 6:30pm. This was soo because the woman plaiting was doing almost everything alone. Her apprentice were like they just started learning the work soo it was really not easy on the madam’s part as she had to attend to all customers by herself. At 6:30pm when they finished my hair, I paid and immediately rushed home soo I could make something for myself to eat because I was starving.

She delivered just what I wanted. It was worth the wait🤗. @Zenobiat I finally plaited the hairstyle 😂.
When I got home. I immediately checked what was available behold no food. The was garri and eggs. I had to fry the eggs with no tomatoes and make the garri and eat. To save myself from the hunger.

Though not filled, but it’s better than sleeping on an empty stomach😊.
