Steem Cameroon Contest - My Short Movie Script: Cartoon Animation (Managing Community Domestic Wastes)

Domestic trash has it's meaning embedded in its name. It simply means the waste products or materials gotten from a residential building. It is important to note that the waste can emanate from different departments of the house. The departments can be the kitchen, sitting room, bedroom or other places. That's why they are generally called Domestic wastes. To manage wastes simply means effective ways of disposing them. I do this in two ways:

• The Biodegradable ones serves as manures to plants.
• The non biodegradable ones are simply dispose to our town incinerator for the needful activity.

I'll name my movie "Hygiene, A Great Teacher"

• Carlos: The main character
• Jakob: The city's major
• Dr Larry: Head of the medical team
• Charles: Carlos's neighbor
  Jane: Carlos's neighbor

In the bustling city of Omaga lived a young but weird man called Carlos. Carlos lived a odd life in Omaga, the city known to be in harmony with the ecosystem. Carlos was known in the city for littering his environment with domestic trash. Since the city was a place known for its cleanliness, the major couldn't let anything to ruin it's good reputation.

So, he called for Carlos. After Carlos received the information, he went to the government building when Jakob, the general of the city will be staying. On entering the government house, Jakob didn't show any sign of excitement towards Carlos. Instead, he told him that he shouldn't spoil the city's reputation by ruining the environment with his domestic trash.

Carlos just nodded and left the government building. Unfortunately, this didn't change Carlos even a bit. Several times, his neighbour Charles and Jane do complain about that domestic wastes. In their words, they said that those waste are emanating foul which they really hates. All these complaints was water on the back of a fowl.

This act made Jane and Charles relocate to another environment. After their relocation, Carlos was left alone in the neighborhood. That didn't bother him much, so his environment was like a waste dump. After some times, Carlos develop a certain disease which brought him down.

Since he had no one in the neighborhood, he had to suffer alone to look for medical support. When the medical team supervised by Dr Larry, they sent a message to him that he should meet them few metres away. According to them, they said that the oozing smell couldn't permit them.

Carlos has to crawl down to meet the medical team. The odour he took for granted worsened his situation, so he met the medical team for treatment. After the treatment, Dr Larry told Carlos that he shouldn't take hygiene for granted cus lack of it generated sickness. That encounter changed his life, so returned home to clear the mess around him.

Few days later, the once waste dump became a clean and hygienic environment. He also volunteered to help in maintaining the hygiene of the city. Even the General was surprised but commend Carlos for his selfless service. His life really changed 360°.
