What Do I Know About The Day |

Abraham, the father of all nations gave is two distinct religion: Christianity from Isaac and Islam from Ishmael. Christianity and Islam whose message are mainly peace are top popular religions in the world. These religions are being living like cat and dog over the years. They have engaged in movement like the holy war, the crusade and other movement that usually results in violence and crisis.
Christians and Muslims has been living this lifestyle until the last straw hit the camel's back. 52 Muslims were killed while performing their prayer. Because of that, the Muslim were scared to identify themselves. But, this stopped when the United Nations approved 15th of March annually to celebrate International day to combat Islamophobia.

On the image above, I proposed a white flag raised high and the theme of the celebration is written by the side. During a battle whereby surrending is nearby. Either of the army will raise a white cloth tied on a stick. This is a symbol of surrending. That's why I inputed the white flag which signifies total surrender to peace. At this point, members of the Christians and Muslims communities can relate freely with the fear of the unknown
The Changes That This Day Has Brought To The Community |

The imparts of this day to the society includes:
- Restoration of Confidence to the Muslim Community: Before this commemoration, Muslims had this fear when they are out of their boarders. This is because they feared that anything can happen. But after the commemoration, Muslim developed this sense of boldness and confidence that permit them to observe their religion's rite anywhere.
- Foster Peace Among The Religions: Naturally Christians and Muslims ought to be united because they emphasize on a key factor "Peace". This day acts as a reminder that we should be peaceful among members each other. By doing this, religious tolerance will be noticed and enhanced.
Who Are The Active Promoter Of This Day And Things To Be Done That Can Add Impact To The Community |

The active promoter of this day remains the United Nations. Since United Nations is a combination of Christians and Muslims countries, they really push the celebration of this day forward. On my Opinion, I'll say that the day will be celebrated best if both christians community and the Muslims communities understand the true meaning of peace. After understanding it, they works towards it.
