Daily thoughts: Feelings not enough.
Hello ma steemians, hope sey wuna dey Chacks.
I had the chance to share with a couple that are going through a hard time in their relationship, who are my friends
And I saw that
Actually, feelings are not enough in a relationship, you have to understand the need of your partner and how to manage that need to the benefit of you both, you can't just think of yourself alone, you can't be selfish, you can't be proud for you will have to lower your ego to make amends for wrong
[They have been together for more than 30 years]
Relationships last when we are serious about what we want and hope to achieve
But when I think of what relationship today is, it's funny
Everyone is out for his benefit at the end feelings are never enough because the last for just a little while and give way for Character.( Tolerance, patience, endurance, etc)
Tolerance and purpose and vision are the stability of marriage, we as youths would have to look beyond the makeup and packaging and all the things that push us backwards

Sacrifices must be made to render the relationship strong
Yea both gotta work together and sacrifice among other things for ANY relationship at all to last.
But these days ehh some relationships go shock u
The love should be real and flawless no ego as you said and it will definitely last
A true relationship often needs alot of sacrifices from both parties bro
