Steem Cameroon Best day Contest - 18th October, 2023

Who thought a Saturday could be my best day?
My Saturdays are usually centered around cleaning, shopping, cooking, and preparing to start the new week but this previous Saturday, 14th October, was different as I had so much fun attending an event in another state as an usher for our agency.

As an usher under D'Evergreens Agency, we get to go for different gigs from time to time but just within the state so when this particular work which was taking us out of the state came up, it was thing of joy for us all.

The event which was the birthday celebration of a distinguished figure, a honorable, was to take place on Saturday of we started our journey the previous day.
While traveling, it was exciting and thrilling seeing different places which I only heard of and this was undoubtedly one of my best moments.

We got to our destination, we were warmly welcomed. We rested for a while before making preparations for the next day.
On Saturday which was the D-Day, the event center was filled with many renowned senators and individuals of high social status.

Because of how big the event was, we had two teams, one on black and white while the other on green and white. As two teams, we worked differently but still as a unit and for the same purpose.
While one team took care of food and serving, the other made sure all the guest were warmly welcomed and comfortably seated.
My team and I had fun serving everyone and making sure the event was a success. We also didn't forget to take pictures inorder to keep the memories alive.

Just after the event ended successfully, we made our way back and arrived on Sunday which was the next day. October 14th was indeed a wonderful day and I look forward to more and better days of such kind.
