My favorite song contest: 28/05/21
Greetings steemians. Am very happy partaking in the first edition of my favorite song contest, and all thanks to @saxopedia for coming up for such a wonderful contest. Music the say is a very powerful thing which changes the human emotions and mood.
Am a music lover and have other songs which i love but this particular song, " you are not alone" by Michael Jackson, who is an American singer, songwriter and dancer born in 1958 but is of blessed memories. This song happens to be my favorite for it brings so many old and pleasing memories of my youthful age.
The first time i came across this song was on a piece of paper given to me by my first love 🙈🙈🙈 back then in high school. I got to read it but since i couldn't sing it, he promised doing that for me during break but he failed me but for he was occupied. After school he set another date to take me to a special place where he will sing it so well for me. The manner in which he sang, looking into my eyes made me fall in love with him more and the song as well. When ever this song was on air through the radio since i didn't have a phone back then to download it, i searched for the paper and sang along🥰🥰. This song served as a bond between us and we used it to resolve our disputes and letting the other know no matter the distance i will always be there with you 🤣🤣🤣 . Though we break up, but we are still best of friends despite the distance and love each others company.
