The Diary Game [05/09/2022] - Community Service Ghost Town Monday

It really feels good to be back. There's a lot to be done and I can't wait to catch up and read all those beautiful stories you've been dropping.
This Monday wasn't a good Monday for us in my community at Teken Quarter Mile 4 Nkwen. At about 06:00 AM, I heard my neighbor cry so loud that we all ran to her home. Upon arrival, I realized her brother who lived with her family had died. The brother had been sick for some time but I didn't know.
Together with other neighbors, we consoled her while the nurses of the community prepared the deceased for the morgue. I made arrangements for a cab to take the corpse to the Morgue.

Left my neighbor's house to my house and did my morning routine hygiene practice. At about 08:30, I made a sandwich and toasted it for us to have with hot milk as breakfast. After breakfast, I joined members of the community for a road maintenance community work that was ongoing.

We worked for four hours after which the community leaders offered us boiled corn and groundnut with some drinks. I had a bottle of Whisky Cola Booster. I went home, cleaned up, rested, and had bread with chocolate before going to soccer at 15:00.

Played for one hour during which I scored a goal. At halftime, I went back home and washed the car while it drizzled. It was a very special play day for my club as the wives of club members played with us.

Finished washing the car at 17:30 and showered. Then went to our clubhouse where I joined everyone to celebrate a member who bought a new car. We ate corn fufu and kati-kati and had lots to drink. I drank Whisky that I took from.
While drinking, we had lots of appreciation, singing, and finally an interesting discussion about football business.

The discussion carried us to 21:00. When I got home, I was tipsy and before I could even wish my friends goodnight, I had crashed.
