RE: [CLUB5050] | Are Virtual Artists The Future of The Music Industry?

in Steem Cameroon2 years ago

I have long created music but the idea of getting up on stage and people knowing who I am has absolutely no appeal to me. Performing, yes. Fame, no thanks.

It won't work for a lot of acts - the idea of a "front-man" is what makes or breaks many bands. As you say, the personality, the life that a musician can bring to accompany the music.

But I'm an old man. Music these days is so mechanised and templated for the audience that there's little reason live music won't follow suit.

Wow, then using virtual avatars to perform your music could be just so great for you. That way you're involved in the music creative process, but your avatar gets all the fame. Your band members can be avatars too.

I think this is an exciting revolution. Swedish pop band ABBA will be debuting their Virtual avatars soon.
