Yesterday was great. I woke up early, had breakfast, took a bath, and headed to Bambui for a meeting.

After that, I went to work, where I started an amazing journey with Dr. Myles Munroe’s book Becoming a Leader. As I delved into the introductory pages and chapter one, I felt enthusiastic about embarking on this journey with the book until the end.

Dr. Munroe begins by questioning whether some people are naturally designed to be leaders or if anyone can become one. He asserts that anyone can become a leader. Most renowned leaders did not initially have ambitions to be famous; they were often simple individuals thrust into circumstances that revealed their hidden qualities and were driven by personal, passionate goals. Many leaders are ordinary people placed in extraordinary situations that bring out their latent potential, creating a character that inspires confidence and trust in others.

Leadership is not reserved for the most brilliant, or people of a particular race, color, language, background, or education. Take Abraham Lincoln, for example, considered by many to be the greatest U.S. president, who came from a humble background. Helen Keller, who lost her sight and hearing before she was two, became an internationally known lecturer and author. Gideon in the Bible, who saw himself as the least in his weak clan, became a great leader and warrior. Even Moses, who doubted his abilities, became one of the greatest lawgivers. Leadership potential exists in everyone, but few realize this power and fewer still respond to the call. Leadership starts with identifying your purpose and vision. I ended with chapter one to be continued.

While at the office, the power was on and off, so I couldn't submit the report my team and I were working on. After work, I collected some body products from one vendor to supply to another in Limbe. For those in the South West who find it quite a distance to buy products from Bamenda, I got you covered. You can now purchase good moisturizers in Limbe. If you need anything let me know and will connect you to our vendor.

Returning home, I was welcomed with the news that my sisters who took the Advanced Level exams had passed all their papers. It was a cause for celebration at home. We ate, drank, and then I retired for the night.
