Welcome to this post. I hope that all of you will be good and enjoying your precious health with the grace and blessings of Almighty Allah. Today, I am here to be a part of the week 2 contest in the Steem Cameroon community. The topic of discussion is Gender visibility and enquality. So, let's start the discussion without any wastage of time.

How can you help your community forge a gender-equal world?

We all know that the gender inequality is the issue that every country is facing today's era. There are different aspects that could be considered in this regard. The most important thing is the lack of opportunities for the women to prove themselves and make the world beautiful with the best of their abilities. So, it is very important to provide all the basic and common rights.

There are many initiative and organisations that are working in this regard. But we can never solve the issue if we don't try to solve it by ourself personally. The most effective way to work for this thing is that we should always be aware of the fact that men and womens both are the most important part of a society.

A society can never exist without the existence of women. The man and woman are just like to pillars of a building and if one pillar is weak then the existence of that building is in danger. The best way to aware the people about this thing is social media. We should have to run different trends and organise different innitiative for the protection and opportunities of womens.

Can celebrating Women's International day increase visibility and equality?

Women's International Day is celebrated world wide on 8th of March every year. It is the awareness day on which different seminars are arranged and different initiative are occurred to aware the people about the common and basic rights of women in our society. There are many positive impacts of this day on the overall circumstances regarding the issue of the inquality of women.

I think this type of seminars and initiative the must throughout the whole year instead of a particular day. It is very much important to make the public aware about the importance of that day so that there are more positive results of the International Day for Women. The services of women in different areas of the daily life are really commendable and these services are made publicly on that day.

Are the Feminism fight and the Women’s Rights fight the same?

The feminism fight is an initiative that was grown in the 20th century and according to it the women are equal to mens not only in the social circle but also in the homes. Different people have different opinions according to this matter. But, I am not in favour of the feminism because there are a few restrictions that the women must have to follow so that they could remain in the limitations that are set by our religion.

On the other hand, the fight for women's rights is a different thing and according to it the women's must have the basic rights just like in social circles, politics, sports and all other major fields of the daily life. As far the question, fight for women's rights is totally different from feminism. Feminism sounds like the complete freedom of female genders but the fight for women's rights sounds the freedom of womens but within some religious and social boundaries.

What do you say about women in top positions.Give possible examples in your country(community)

As I have already said that different women are working with their best abilities and serving the nation with their capabilities. So, such women must be highly appreciated because encouragement of such ladies is very much important to ensure the progress of a nation. If I would talk about the women that are working in top positions in our country Pakistan then there are many.

If we will see a political side then the greatest example is Benazir Bhutto, Fatima Jinnah and many other companion ladies which worked hard for the benefit of country. If we will see the sports, Sana Mir is performing her duties as the captain of the Pakistani Women's International Cricket Team. There are many other example like Malala Yousafzai, Arfa Kareem, Dr. Sania Nishtar and many more. I just want to say Salam to these ladies of high morales and spirits.

What makes a Good Leader (Gender or merit)?

The answer to this question is very much simple, the person who has the caliber and abilities of leadership is that true leader of the nation. The gender, race, color, region doesn't matter at all. There are many women leaders that have performed much better than the men in the history pages.

So if the women are qualifying to be a good leader so they must be approved and encouraged because this is the only way to make progress as the whole nation. If the women have the caliber and are on the merit then they must be encouraged so that they could perform well in their respective fields for the betterment of the country and the whole nation.
