Steem Cameroon Announcement : Delegation Rewards Notice

Steem greetings,

After careful analysis and looking forward to preparing Steem Cameroon Community toward greater achievements on the steemit platform. We are looking forward to applying to be part of the Engagement Programs, so it was wise enough to look at the way forward. A Good look at the community strategy and important issues were treated following the guidelines of the platform. Steem Cameroon has been paying Delegation Rewards to delegated steemians for the past period. This action has been limiting the community's growth.

For More Understanding

• Author Delegate SP to the curating account
• Author gets an upvote from the curating account
• Author gets rewarded for delegating the curating account.

In the end, the Steem Cameroon Community curating account has nothing to power up to reach its target. We believe delegating to a community is like personal support to grow that community.

Mindful of the fact that;

1. Cameroon has 03 Country Representatives (@chant, @chiabertrand, and @saxopedia) who have been delegated SP to curate all posts, which we hope and believe the Steem Cameroon Community will benefit from.
2. Steem Cameroon Community is currently benefiting from the Steemit Support Community Program (Booming) to reward all her community members with at least 01 - 02 Booming per week.
3. Steem Cameroon holds over 65K SP and curates all posts in the community at over 50% vote-weight,
4. Steem Cameroon wants to grow the community account as per the Steemit Team's recommendations of powering up over 75% of earnings,

Steem Cameroon hereby as follows;

1. Stop paying delegation rewards from July 2022 till further notice
2. Pay pending delegation rewards for May and June 2022 as promised. (A payment plan that allows for community account power-up will be used)
3. Power up 75% of the community account earnings and use 25% for Contests

Note: All the SP accumulated in the Steem Cameroon Community curating account will be used to support all her members who have delegated to the community account so that we all can grow together as a community.
