what is your understanding of a successful home?

A successful home to me will be one that is relatively peaceful, mutual understanding, transparent and respectful to ones opinions and more especially a loving home. A successful home is one that is built on the foundation of God , love and transparency.

Do you agree that a good society is determined by the number of successful homes built?

Indeed, of a truth the society will be better if there are lots of good homes and the home as the basic agent of socialization is saddle with the first and basic responsibility of promoting good morals on family members. Also many criminals and nuisance today are all products broken and unsuccessful homes , so I think that good and successful homes can affect the society a whole lot.

Apart from the three pillars above, state and explain some other pillars you believe can contribute to successful home?

Apart from love, trust and patience highlighted above, other factors that can contribute to successful home are;

1. Fear of God : successful home revolves around the fear of God . Whenever there is fear of God in a home, you will notice that forgiveness will be there, contentment, commitment and mutual understanding will be there also.

2. Education: illiteracy is a disease if not managed well, can damage the home . Education is necessary for a successful home, for instance it is through education that someone gets the knowledge to plan there homes especially the aspect of family planning and the way an educated person handles matters will differ from the way an illiterate will handle it .

3. Transparency : openest and truthfulness is key to a sustainable home and every successful home must be one that is built on it so as to pass the test of time .

4. Forgiveness: every home must imbue the habit of forgiveness because any home that lacks forgiveness is prone to ruin.

What are the impact of broken homes on the society?

The impacts of broken homes are very evident on the society , the product is crimes ranging from raping, highway robbers, prostitution, thieves , drug abuse and other crimes in the society . Broken homes creates unemployment in the society and children in broken homes are not properly trained as to get good job and so end up being a nuisance to the society.
