Greetings to you all steemians. Hope you all doing well. I must say am delighted to take part in this contest and my sincere appreciation goes to the country representative @saxopedia and his other colleagues; @thegreens, @fombae for their work to make this happen.
My best day of last week was Wednesday 21st. This day was characterized by activities that made me smile the whole day. I got up at 4am in the morning, prayed and thank God for making me see the new day and committed my day into his hands. After my prayer, I started practicing the piano. I was working a talk box version of the "All I do" by Stevie Wonder done by Justin Lee. This wasn't my first time playing the song as I had earlier worked it. So I had to make sure everything was right, perfect and excellent. At 6am, I woke up my brother and we had to go and clean mum's car. We were done at 6:34am. Immediately we were done, I rushed back to my room and resumed practicing. Unfortunately for me, I didn't practice for long since the ENEO took away the lights at about 7:20am. As soon as the lights were taken away, I took my bath, arranged my room and left for Bambili. Had some complains which I had to submit in school. Immediately I submitted my complain form to my HOD (Head Of Department), I went home. I reached home at about 2pm. Since I was hungry, I had my lunch. Thereafter, I went and started practicing the piano. Not long, my boss arrived home from his journey. We removed everything that was in his car. Since the car was very much dirty we decided to clean the car. It took us about 2hours to clean the car completely.
When I was done, I took my bath. Thereafter, it was already time for our family devotions. After the devotions, I had dinner and went back into my room. I beg my boss permission to use his tri pot so I could hung my phone on it and video tape myself. After a few takes, I got the perfect one. I then had to join the video done by Justin Lee and mine on a split screen. I tried using wondershare Flimora on my laptop but it was difficult for me to do what I wanted to. I watched a few tutorials on YouTube, tried it by since my version of wondershare was older, it was really difficult. A friend of mine told me of an app I could check out on play store. I went to play store and checked out on a few apps and came across an app which was good for the work. It was "video collage"... I then put the 2 videos on a split screen in the app, made sure that the 2 video synchronized with each other. At about 9pm, I was done joining the 2videos together.
I then posted it on my WhatsApp status, sent it to a few friends. Few minutes later, many people got into my in box telling me how they love and enjoyed what I was doing.
I got thumbs up from Ernest.
I also got thumbs up from Amos (a Pianist). He so appreciated what I did and immediately asked for the link to my Instagram account. He posted my video on his WhatsApp status and also the link to my Instagram account on his WhatsApp status. I was so much filled with joy.
A few minutes later, I saw my video on many of my friends' status. I was just so excited and kept smiling the whole night. I later got a notification of 2 new followers on Instagram. I was just so excited. I the posted the video on my Instagram account and Facebook page. At about 11pm, I went to bed. I must say I slept with a smile on my face. Its a day I will always remember. Thank you for reading. Peace ✌️✌️✌️
I don't know why I love pianists so much. Perhaps it is because of their keyboard skills and the ability to understand music that usually goes with it. Congratulations. It really was your best day and I'm happy all your hard work paid out. Now I'm off to check out the video on you IG m.saker237 if I'm not mistaken because I'm very interested.😊
