By this statement I understand that we need to do some routine to keep our body healthy. Eating an apple a day does not require a visit to the doctor, we need to eat nutritious food every day to stay healthy. Besides, eating an apple every day will give our body a lot of nutrients, if there are many posts in the body and daily exercise, etc., our body and mind will be good. And everyone prefers to be healthy. And that's why eating an apple every day will add a lot of nutrients to the body.
Besides, I have also understood that to keep the body healthy, we need to practice various types of vitamin foods and exercise. In addition, you should eat fiber-rich foods every day. To keep myself healthy, I do many kinds of habits every day, and if I describe a routine of my habits, then I would say, I have to wake up every morning i.e. early in the morning. And I also do that, then I wash my hands and face and perform ablution, and in the morning I must drink water, then many kinds of diseases can be saved from the body, it does not require going to the doctor, if possible, I should eat green tea every morning And if you have the habit of eating green tea in the morning, you will be saved from many diseases, besides, by eating tea, you get energy and vitality, it makes the body happy. And the morning meal must have fiber rich food and must have nutritious food along with it, and nutritious food must be low in oil. And that's exactly what I do. And if possible, you should eat nutritious food such as milk and eggs every morning. I also do this practice almost exactly, but it is better to do it every day, then many diseases will be saved and the body will be productive and strong throughout the day. And should eat lunch and fiber rich food, and in the afternoon i.e. in the evening one to two kilos of walking. And among the scientists, taking a walk in the afternoon is the best exercise for the body. And then eat the same fiber-rich and nutritious foods for dinner. And the amount of salt oil in the food should be less. And it is better to take a walk after eating. Of course, before going to sleep, you should eat green tea again, then you can avoid many diseases. And I just shoot this habit every day. You too can follow these habits and then you don't need to go to the doctor.

And I got these habits from my parents. Abe's parents rarely practice these habits now that they are much older. But these habits are with us. And because of these habits we feel healthy.
