Greetings to all of you for participating in they engagement challenge of season 8 and week 2. It's a very interesting topic related to gender discrimination. We should talk on it not at the specific day of 8 march,But we also have to give it value in our practical life if possible then must in a week.

How can I help my community to forge gender-equal world?

Gender-equal world

It's very important thing to note that there is an equality between genders or not. I think are society cannot move towards progress and cannot get success if there are no equal rights for both genders.

• I strongly agree with this that there is a need for spreading awareness among society. I have good skills to help my community forge a gender equal world.

• It's important to note that there are equal responsibilities of men and women also so rights of both genders should also be equal.

• I have seen in many countries and societies that women are considered less than men but still I can't understand this logic that why they raise this kind of slogan.

• I think a responsible and a well educated person will always be against of this slogan that males or mens should have more importance than women.

As a woman I like to tell all these points to society to forge a gender-equal world.

Is celebrating women's international day increase gender visibility and equality?

Importance of 8th March

The purpose of celebrating women's Day at 8th of March is actually to tell society the importance of women and to tell the society that without women the society is nothing. Society can not go towards progress if there is no equality and visibility between both genders.

With the passage of time as awareness about women's importance is increasing and as society is going towards more learning and education and learning with concepts and specially new generation is considering the women's Day importance and importance of women in this world and society.

Are feminism and women's rights fight are same terms?

A main difference between feminism fight and rights fight

If I talk about feminism fight and women rights fight then there is a small difference between both of these terms. I cannot say about these terms that they are exactly same or they are exactly different. I can say about these terms that they are interlinked with each other.

Feminism fight	It is something which is related to a strike against gender of male and female.

Women rights fight	It is the fight or strike related to the equal and same rights which should not be dependent to anything. Women should have Independency in their life as a law.

Well known ladies of Pakistan

If I talk about the greatest leaders of Pakistan that I can say with a lot of proud that no one is in the history of Pakistan such a lady.

She is a lady who deserves respect sympathy and love of every person because she is a sister of founder of Pakistan. I think now you people can easily understand that about which I am talking.

She is a great lady and the name of lady is Fatima jinnah . He always supports his brother in the time of distress and they always share joys and sorrows with each other. I am really inspired by her personality and she is a role model for all of the ladies who wants to be strong and brave. She is a lady who learns to everyone that how to be very motivating and how to be very determined in life for achieving some particular goals.

What makes a good leader?(Gender or merit)

A good leader

I always like to support the people who are at merit. It should not be a rule that the person who is at top level should be supported more and should be considered more eligible to be a leader. Superiority should be just on the basis of skills and knowledge that a person have.

That's why if I talk about leadership and if someone ask me that are men better to lead some people as a leader or are women are better. Then I will definitely say in reply that it depends that which one of them have skills to control people or to control a specific community with equality as a leader and then you can choose that which one is better before this you cannot choose on the basis of gender.
