Alhamdulillah I am very well.
Today I came to participate in the contest organized by @chant mam. I look forward to different contests that I like. And if I get a chance, I try to learn or understand something new by participating in that contest.
Today I am going to prepare Makho Makho Jhol with gourd vegetables and fish in this cooking competition.

The things that I need to cook this laushak are:

🪴A thick laushak
🪴2 onions
🪴1 garlic
🪴Like quantity of raw chilies
🪴Salt, yellow amount like
🪴Like the amount of spice
🪴 Potatoes

Step 1

In the first step I cut the greens, onion, garlic, green chillies and potatoes.

Step 2

In the 2nd step I braided the masala in the sheel leaves.

Step 3

In this step I fried some fish and fried some dry prawns with turmeric, salt, onion.

Step 4

In this step, I will add enough oil to the pan and fry it for 5 minutes with onion, garlic paste, masala and pepper.

Step 5

In this step, when it is fried for about 5 minutes, I add salt and turmeric and fry it for another 2 minutes.

Step 6

After that, I will add the chopped laushaks to the fried masala. Then shake the laushaks and give them 100 grams of water. Because a lot of water comes out from these laushaks. Then I will cover it with a little shake.

Step 7

In this step, after about 10 minutes, lift the lid and add the fried prawns and cover it again with a little water.

Step 8

I will burn it again for 5 minutes and add the fish. Then I will stir it for another 5 minutes and remove it from the oven.
