Asalam alikum, I hope all steemains are doing great. Topic of the contest is very interesting, it will give us all opportunity to know healthy practices of each other and learn from experiences of each other. This saying "An Apple a Day Keeps the Doctor Away" is very common and we used to hear it from our childhood and parents would tell us benefits of eating apple.

What do you understand by this statement?

This saying is I guess centuries old which means that one should always adopt healthy lifestyle and balanced diet plan. As apple is a fruit that is having a lot of health benefits so intake of an apple on daily basis will not only make the body strong but will also boost immunity system which will minimize chances of becoming ill.

What are some practices/habits you do to make sure you're healthy? (State and give the importance in your own words)

Maintaining good health and well-being necessitates adopting healthy habits. I practice few habits that I try my level best to do on daily basis. I drink 12 glasses of water, eat dates and exercise every day.

Enough intake of water keeps body hydrated and full of life too. A normal person should take 12 glasses of water on daily basis which will keep all the systems within the body working well.

Dates are another healthy habit that has many advantages. Dates are a good source of fiber vitamins and minerals. They give you energy make it easier to eat and help keep your blood sugar levels healthy. Additionally dates are an excellent source of antioxidants which shield the body from free radical damage. Dates can reduce heart disease risk and improve overall health when eaten frequently. It likewise helps in decreasing pressure and advancing mental prosperity. Integrating day to day practice into your routine can help in working on by and large wellbeing and prosperity.

Exercising on daily basis imparts energy and strength to your body. It has great impact on physical and mental strength.

So daily exercise eating dates and drinking 12 glasses of water are three healthy habits that can help you feel better.

How did you discover these activities? Did you discover the activities/habits by yourself or someone told recommended them to you?

I have made these habits part of my daily routine on the experience that I had. If I use less quantity of water it effects digestive system mainly and one feels quite low. Exercising is also recommended by doctors and trainers and once we get into the habit of exercising then we know the difference that it impart to us. And about dates I used to have low energy level so a doctor recommended to have dates on daily basis that has really helped me in maintaining good level of energy.

What are the health benefits of the habit(s)?

these routines help maintain hydration regulate digestion provide essential nutrients lower the risk of chronic diseases and encourage mental and emotional well-being. Living a healthy and fulfilling life can be made easier by adopting these healthy habits.

Yes everyone can adopt these habits, and will find the same good results. 12 glasses of water will keep the body hydrated, dates will not only give energy but will also purify and enhance hb level of blood and exercise will also have a lot of physical and mental benefits.

What health tips would you give steemians?

I would like to give advice that know your needs and plan your diet according to that. If you know that you are sensitive to any particular food group then be careful in intake of it. Secondly exercise on daily basis it will keep your body active. Last but not the least take proper sleep and rest well.

You have discussed about a good points for maintenance of good health we should take water in planetary necessary for hydration and also there the body from impurity.

Definitely dates are rich in energy and nutrition and we may take in diet moderate amount.
