Eating an apple a day can help prevent diabetes. If one uses it daily, his face and blood are completely purified. In addition to this, eating apples reduces a person's weight and apples control cholesterol. Eating well every day is important for health. Very useful for children and the elderly, many diseases. Chances of heart attack too. Eating evil makes you feel full and is rich in fiber.

What are some practices/habits you do to make sure you're healthy?

I sleep first to keep my health, because when you don't sleep, you can't do anything with your heart, you can't do it with full dedication and you get tired. I feel good too. I take morning walks to maintain my health because early awakening and fresh morning air are good and good for human health. I have breakfast on time, because if a person does not have breakfast, then he smokes, I am engaged in maintaining my health, because there is no sense in a free person.

And I do bad things, I use fruits and fresh juices for my good health, I also eat milk and cottage cheese every day because it is very good for your health. Habits are like drugs. For human health. In addition, we should eat meat because it contains a lot of protein and should be in the sun, it provides vitamin D. You should also follow what I said to keep your health and protect yourself. to be healthy.

I learned about these activities from my parents because when a person is in their teens, they tend to adopt what their family members like their parents, siblings, etc. do. must take care of his health. Health and parents also want our kids to look healthy and active, and no parent wants our kids to look weak and sickly. I have seen myself prosper since I adopted these habits. This is my passion, I learned about these activities from my father and discovered some of them while exploring myself.

We all know that these habits are ingrained in us. The person shows responsibility and begins to be punctual. A person begins to think positively, and there is nothing wrong with that. If we don't think, we will stay healthy. This is how we move away from useless thoughts. Adopting good habits will improve health and, conversely, will have a positive impact on all aspects of life.

This is a sign that if you have bad habits and find it difficult to change them, try to change them gradually. And juicing is very good for people and develops good habits that can change your bad habits and you should spend most of your time at home because when you spend most of your time at home you will get a good workout at home.

Yes, no, I don't think that everyone can practice these habits, because everyone thinks differently, everyone lives differently, so not everyone can practice these habits. There are also people who smoke, take drugs and are used to staying up late at night, getting up late in the morning and walking in the morning.

You can understand because some people are very smart and some people are very slow, that is, they don't read well. Some people think negatively and some people think positively. I believe that not everyone can engage in the same habits, because everyone's thinking abilities are different.

This is my opinion of specialists, that is, I advise them to take care of their health, refrain from unnecessary activities and unnecessary activities, get enough sleep at night to be healthy, and walk in the morning. You need to have breakfast on time to stay healthy and fit,
