Why most Cameroonian steemians are inactive few weeks after signing up, a research carried out by @peacemakers

Good morning fellow steemians and trust you all are doing great,
Today I bring to you a funding on a research I have been working on for a while now. On investigating why most steemians are in active few weeks after signing up

Based on my research its due to some of the following reasons

1. MOST OF THE STEEMIANS HAVE WRONG MOTIVATION.
   From my findings this came up top of the list, as most newbies join the steemit blog, motivated by the rewards only , and when the rewards don't meet up with their , motivation the drive to continue greatly reduce and finally they stop.
2. WRONG MENTORSHIP.
   For some it's wrong mentorship that course then to be less motivated, as some mentors after signing then up, will not follow up to see how, they are fairing in the blog, they will not fit her guide then, on posting, tagging as such they will make many mistakes,and not have the rewards their commitment deserve and as such lose faith in the steemit blog.
   3)LACK OF POWER.
   Some day they have the willingness to work but, due to the fact the they live in areas that go for month most times , it greatly limit then as the can't afford other means of power, they are forced to wait till it returns, this causes then to be really less motivated
3. LIMITED EDUCATION.
   For others it's due to the fact that they can't read and write and the steemit blog require lots of writing, so they give up.
4. LACK OF INFORMATION
   most steemians do not want to spend time to read an so they miss out on, activities schedule,others don't know how to get to were they can get help, all this causes the to give up easily
   This is the much I could gather from my findings.
   6)Combatsome withdrawal procedures.
   Makes some give up
   I took out time to study how the Cameroon steem community have been going through finding solutions to this challenges, I must say they are doing and amazing job so far, I must appreciate the efforts of country representatives @ njiatanga , @saxopedia , @thegreens and community moderator @fombae
   For the following solutions they are putting in place
   1)THE CAMEROON STEEM WHATSAPP GROUP.
   This is space ensures that all Cameroonian steemians get easy all round the clock updates on community activities
   2)steem Cameroon has members that run a literacy program , to ensure the reading and writing capability for all interested in the steemit blog but can't read and write
5. steem Cameroon has very dedicated country representatives who are always there in all workshops and ensure that all newbies have the right motivation and training they need to meet up with the steemit blog.
   4)to solve the problem of long payment procedures and suffer from the hands of other exchange dealers who will, in most cases whant to exploit the newbies of the rewards, steem Cameroon has runs a steem bank ,an initiative championed by @thegreens. ensuring 24/7 Access to all steemians to withdraw their rewards and receive the money in CFA WITHIN MINUTES.
   With this research result and creative solutions propose by the dinamic steem Cameroon community, I hope it helps you in your own respective communities to better serve and ensure the activeness of all your members .
