Back to school this year has been a real experience for both parents and students, with the prevelence of the on going sociopolitical crisis in the northwest and southwest regions of cameroon, which has seen the 6th year today, with most students having to have dropped out for safety reasons, now the there is relatively calm educational environment , parents still face a difficult task to cheer their kids who have been home now with without formal schooling making it one of the challenges we parents .
For me am preparing my kids for this academic year, the argricultural way.
Selling the produce of my farm to raise money to purchase the now very expensive school Items like back and books.
During this time of the year , businesses sky rocket the prices of school Items, in such a way that parents really face difficulties in affording all the school booklist provided by the school.
Also to raise more funds for my kids preparation I am requesting a loan from our local njangi group, of over 200000fcfa/$500 to be able to meet up with fees in the more peaceful Franco region of the country, considering that my wife works in this part I will prefer her to live with the kids and assist them in their school work, although moving my family to a different part of the country , entails cost, one am willing to bear for education sake.
Having to have successfully moved my family to Yaounde the capital city of cameroon, for this academic year has been the biggest achivement for me.
The steemit blog has been a major boost to getting extra desperately needed cash , the reason am able to relocate my family successfully.
With the school year already started, am soport motivated that, I have been able although all the challenges of finance, higher prices of school Items, relocation and finally having admission for my kid
I fell like the most successful father in the world , and , the most relief from the stress this season brings.

Given the situation we find ourselves here, not all parents are can have their children go to school. Some think it's unsafe. While others will not have the means to move their family from this war stricken zone. But you have braced all the odds.
