The Diary Game : Condolence Visit To My Colleague

Hi steemians and welcome to this edition of my diary game of the 5th of February 2022.

He is my colleague working in one of our branch offices in Yaounde. He lost his mother last year and early this year in January, he lost his father. It has been a bitter pill to swallow within a short period of time. We went to their family compound at Mbengwi raod and supported him morally and financially. We were very brief there since the area was not safe for sometime.

By 5.30pm, we were already having a refreshment and since he was made the successor, it was difficult to meet with him. But the wife and other family members of his were there to receive us.

The question that keeps on running in my mind is about the death rate that is at the alarming rate for the past years. A lot of things are happening nowadays. It's either people are dieing of one crisis to the other. The social and political crises in the country used to put a lot of lives in danger but now we have covid 19 pandemic and cholera.

We just need to be extra carefull these days. Visit the hospital for check up if you're not feeling too well. Keep and practice good hygiene. Don't go out except when it's of great necessity. Learn to stay safe and most importantly always pray and hand your security and safety into God's care.
