GREEN DEEDS : TWO THINGS TO STOP CLIMATE CHANGE IN MY COMMUNITY

Good evening fellow steemians! Accept the warmest greetings from @paddykam. I hope we all are excited at our various angles. Welcome to my latest edition of the greandeeds contest participation titled : TWO THINGS TO DO IN ORDER TO STOP CLIMATE CHANGE.

Before I proceed permit me appreciate @thegreens for this opportunity not only to learn from my fellow contestants but to equally participate in sharing my own views concerning the above mentioned topic.

Global Industrialization has caused the planet a lot of harm in the quest for self interest. Many industries only concentrate on what they make as profit and forget the air pollution their machines are producing not forgetting the heat from such machines.

If these activities are not checked the consequences are going to be on the whole planet as a whole.

Am in Bamenda, Cameroon and am going to be writing on the two things I will do to fight climate change.
Firstly, am going to open up a drainage that is going to facilitate runoff. Most of the floading in my area is due to the blocked gutters. It makes it difficult for water to easily pass when it rains.
Most of the containers and plastics from our homes are not properly disposed of and it causes most of the floading .

Secondly, am going to plant some trees to reduce soil erosion. These trees will not only protect the soil but would equally serve as fruits for consumption.
With these and many others ladies and gentlemen, am going to fight climate change in my own little way.
