Creative Writing Volume.12 when, how and how many person's do you plan to recruit to STEEMIT?
It has always been a privilege participating in this amazing contest organized by @thegreens .
As we know STEEMIT is a platform for empowering youths, and STEEMIT not only empowers youth's, it has also helped youths to become creative. STEEMIT has bought about certain changes in our community by helping youths to meet up to their need through the upvotes we get from our curators, and other steel member's.
Some few questions are necessary for us to take into consideration while being here on STEEMIT. And this questions are necessary because it helps us know our level of growth.
WHEN
Since i joined STEEMIT some few months back i have been doing a lot of publicity about STEEMIT in my school and at my home. I hope that by the end of next month i will have at least 4 recruits. So before the ending of September the goal will be achieved, unlike other platform STEEMIT is not a platform with great demanding, instead it gives us the opportunity to grow.
How
Now this how! stands for how you will do to achieve this goals. They are many ways in which one can do to recruit newbies to STEEMIT, one of the ways is by educating people about STEEMIT, showing them the benefits if being a steemian. I plan to share every knowledge i have of steemit with my friends on WhatsApp and other social media platforms. Even so i will, i will create a steemitk Whatsapp group that is all about sensitizing people and persuading them to join steemit.
How many people?
I can't tell the number of people i will love to recruit, because the truth is i will be happy to recruit many people as possible. The one thing that makes a steemian happy is seeing steemit becoming a global platform, which everyone can access. So if i where to estimate i will love to recruit a number of 10 new people to steemit.
Recruiting youths to STEEMIT will be a great step to growing steemit, because youths are active and energetic and youths need platforms like this to help them with their daily lives, not only is steemit only for being creative, it helps educate you too.
I think putting in the effort is worth it because with every sensitization you do you will definitely get a reward, keep steeling on and let's grow this amazing platform.

Hi @oniza, the idea of recuiting mostly the youths is great plus recuiting people of older ages too that is ,those on retirements who are still active in mind is also a good idea since rather than being home idle, they get to study this platform exercise more their brains in being creative and also sharing their good moments to the world this contest by @thegreens is cool..keep up!!
