_{My help and I}

Education of every child is very important, in some countries the girl child education is being neglected based on culture or other beliefs. In this case I personally see girl child education very important due to some positions in our society today.

When I met the family of my house help I saw the need to have a small family in which I can Carter and take good care of. Seeing a prominent and promising girl like this I told the parents to allow her to stay with me so that I can help sponsor her in school. They were happy because they are just village dweller with low income putting their children in school is a problem hence there's no money to get the necessary things for registration.

The time I picked the girl from the village she promised to be a good girl of course the parents attest that she is a good girl, it was already mid 2nd term and admissions then was over. I assured her that this new term she will start.

I saw the importance of enrolling her in school because as long as she will stay with me and my children she will have one thing or the other to impact to my children.

It was Monday early morning we got prepared with some necessary documents.

When we got to the school we saw a lot of people queuing up for admission, we were directed to where she will be admitted. When we got there they vice principal asked her to write some things to confirm if she has been in school before, unfortunately she couldn't remember any and she was asked to start from junior secondary school 2(JSS2).

I paid some fees , filled her form and sighed as her guardian,

I got the sample of the uniform and the style so that I can give a tailor to sew for my girl.

Afternoon

It was the big market, I entered there to buy other requirements like hoe and broom which they requested that we must bring. As if that was not enough for my day I got a call from my customer that our goods just arrived that I should come for sorting, I didn't even go back to my house I entered business down to the park to pick up my goods.

Note I had low battery so I wasn't able to capture the rest of my day.

Evening

I can't lie to myself, I wasn't feeling ok, I was very tired and hungry I left since morning without eating, the way I rushed the food which later gave me heartburn due to the way I ate it. When I finally got myself. I decided to make some research after then I ended up making one post on steemit.

That was how my day went, I pray my efforts for the girl will not be in vein, seems she has lost some interest in her studies considering the years she stayed out of school environment. Well I'm hopeful that she will bring back her mind to learn.
