My body's health is very important because with health we can carry out activities that become our daily routine as usual and I always pray that I will be given health.

Fulfilling the needs of important nutrients in the body we can get from the fruits that exist in this world and it depends on what type of fruit we like, No exception in this one fruit, namely apples.


What do you understand by this statement?

Under any circumstances, we always hope that things are fine and healthy. Therefore, if we often consume fresh fruits and contain vitamins, that is very good.

One example of fruit that is good for us to eat every day is apples because apples contain substances that have many benefits for the health of our bodies. By eating apples every day can increase our body's metabolism so that it will help protected from all kinds of diseases.


What are some practices/habits you do to make sure you're healthy? (State and give the importance in your own words)

I personally really like the name pineapple fruit because in addition to its sweet taste it can also provide health benefits for our bodies such as increasing endurance, maintaining healthy bones and so forth.

There are several benefits to our health from the pineapple we consume, including:

  • Eating pineapples is very good for bone health because every pineapple may contain minerals or calcium which can prevent osteoporosis.

  • Pineapple fruit has a lot of vitamins especially vitamin c so according to my savings if we eat pineapple it will boost our immune system.


How did you discover these activities? Did you discover the activities/habits by yourself or someone told recommended them to you?


The first time I liked to eat pineapples was when my other family bought rujak and when I tasted it, the fruit I liked was pineapple and it has lasted until now.

Pineapple has a distinctive taste and is different from other fruits, so I really like eating pineapple besides the many benefits for my body's health.

Pineapple fruit which is very easy to find in the area where I live and that makes me able to eat it every time and pineapple fruit has many benefits for the health of the body, namely :

  • Eating pineapples every day can prevent cancer and that's what I heard from people before.

  • The most effective consumption of pineapple is that it can maintain the health of our body, including strengthening bones and preventing osteoporosis.

  • In every pineapple fruit contains vitamin C and it can also provide hair growth and not easy to fall out and that is health science.


Do you think everyone could engage in these habits? Explain


From what I do by liking pineapple and eating it every day, it is very good for the health of the body, especially if it is consumed every day. If we want to do good things, the benefits for us are also good, therefore we all have to get used to eating fruit that is beneficial for the health of our bodies.

According to my savings if we want to learn to always give the best for our health and consume pineapple 🍍 is one good way.


What health tips would you give steemians?


We can get health for our bodies from fruits, therefore, never get tired of eating the fruits you like because that is the health we get from fruit.

Healthy living and this way we can start from ourselves and for ourselves, especially for the health of our bodies too.

By eating apples every day can increase our body's metabolism so that it will help protected from all kinds of diseases.

Yeah apples are a great source of vitamins and minerals and that too in adequate quantity to boost our body metabolism and immunity and thereby prevent us from various diseases. I think the adage has taken Apple as a reference fruit to emphasise the importance of all the fruits in boosting our health.

Pineapple has a distinctive taste and is different from other fruits, so I really like eating pineapple besides the many benefits for my body's health.

You have been thorough to describe Pineapples but I think I don't like about pineapples is that outer covering and those embedded hard mass within the fruit .
