Selfishness, The Rood Cause of Conflicts

A man had his farm and hired a worker to be working in the farm and reporting all the activities and harvest to his master. This man worked for his master to the point that the master developed trust in him. He was promoted to the same level with his master but the instruction was clear. This is my farm, you are to have half of the produces and I have half. This man accepted and some years later, the master of the farm was not receiving anything from his farm anymore.

The man the master entrusted his farm to has made different ownership papers on his name. He fired all the workers who were not loyal to him and told them never to submit to the master of the farm and that the farm now belongs to him.

The manager of the farm nolonger reporting to the owner of the farm. He sent some of his workers in the firm where he was, none of them came back. He sent his son who was a witness of the agreement but this man ordered his workers to finish the master's son and a note written and keep on the master's son "this farm is nolonger yours".

The master reported the man in the court. This man controls the court and the people working in the court are working according to his instructions. The master decided to fight to regain his farm back. His fighting men are at equal strength with his enemy's men. Many of the workers in both sites have died. Some who did even understand or know what was going on.

Many neighboring farmers had advised these men to come to terms and resolve their conflict but this man wouldn't accept with the reason that the truth about his wicked ways will be out. As the man was resisting, the more men and innocent children were dying along side each other's.

Conclusions has been made by the neighbors that they only solution is for the both parties to sit and sort things out in that none of the two parties were wining the fight.

Finally, the neighbors got tired and decided to force the two parties to sit and resolve their problems. There was no chance for any of the parties but the only chance that was open was to sit and resolve. At the end of the sitting, the master of the farm won and his farm was given back to him. He employed new workers. New head of units and new managers. Worthy of note, this master told this man, I considered you as my dear friend and I still consider you as such.

Problems are not barrier for hatred. Conflicts are not limitation to relate. Selfishness is the virus 🦟 that has blinded the eyes of this servant. He valued no human life. Not to talk of children and innocent people who had died as a result of his greed.
