THE STEEMIT SENSITIZATION CAMPAIGN ON RADIO ABAKWA FM BAMENDA; by @njiatanga and TEAM; 14/04/2021
Greetings fellow steemians, the grace of God is still shining upon us and showing us the way. Weeks ago after some consultative talks with the steemit Cameroon team, @thegreens lunched the steemit Cameroon Campaign project which is a phase of the 18 months Steemit Cameroon Structuring Project which is aimed at putting in place a sustainable steemit support system that will be able to recruit and retain 1.5 million steemit here in Cameroon. So far the project has taken off in good pace as our steemit campaign and awareness programs has been making waves already. In this post i will like to share with us all how the radio talk at Abakwa fm radio Bamenda went down yesterday 14/04/2021

So then our radio program was scheduled to begin at 3pm, 14/04/2021 Abakwa Fm Radio Bamenda. Our team for today's talk was @njiatanga country representative, @thegreens our campaign lead and @verlonji our humble and enthusiastic lady steemian from Cameroon; please i will like you all to visit her blog. She is that good she can talk steemit for as long as possible.

Our radio talk was centered on general steemit awareness, what it takes to obtain a steemit account, strategies to remain active on steemit, and lot more. We had 30 minutes to talk which was so enriching then at the twentieth minute we then open the lines for listeners to call and ask questions in order to know more. This went on for about 7 minutes after which we then give out our contact numbers for them to contact for more enquiries and account creation.

)So far the radio campaign has proven to me a very reliable means of getting to potential steemians. The radio campaigns will continue every Tuesday while i am looking at adding more coverage using another radio station; the radio team lead for this section will be @yeesja. With all this put in place i see our steemit litracy center for cameroon becoming realizable while we continue to map out strategies to give maximum support to every Cameroon steemian.
