Yes, good leadership should not be based on gender rather on merit. This is one reason why women are never given chances to lead in some sector, to voice out.
But you have proven in your post beyond reasonable doubts that everyone should be placed on equal right. No matter your gender.

Thanks for stopping by. A lot of us women need to understand that gender equality won't happen overnight, but with consistent education and proper sanction in places required, then the world will be a better place.
