The higher you go in life, the fiercer your battle. The more you rise, the more the adversaries. Never accept spiritual lukewarmness for it is not different from death. The adversaries are there to hinder our progress but they cannot stop us. It is risk to everyone that is at ease. If you want life to be easy, you have to do the difficult things. You cant keep on doing thesame and expect changes in your life. In the Kingdom of God warfare is chief route and guarantee to welfare. Even today the kingdom of God suffers violence and only the violent takes by force. Arise, contest and possess by faith!
Everyone that operates as a warrior ought to be ready at any time. You sleep at your own risk at war for life is a battle. Its while we sleep that the enemy comes and sow evil seeds. The Lord himself is not pleased when we are neither hot nor cold and He will spit us out. Living out of the vineyard is dangerous because we become preys of the enemy. What we must do is to stay awake inorder not to suffer pollution. Its either you are for Him or you are against Him, there is no midway. As a warrior you can't belong to both sides, identifying yourself with your allies is strength. Be on guard and be ever ready to strike!
The fact that a warrior is sleeping does not mean that they are death. Physically they might be sleeping but spiritually they are awake. "Everyone that is among the living has hope, even a live dog is better off than a dead lion". You may not have it all but as long as there is life, you are sure of a bright future. There is no glory in loosing thus winning is very pleasurable. Warriors operate by wisdom and not by sight. You must know what to do per time inorder to triumph over life circumstances. Every door has its key that opens it. Use the right key!
Even as a warrior, you are still not permitted to fight every battle. When you are led, you will know when to fight and when you ought not fight. When David's all was captured, he didn't get into battle but asked God if he could pursue and the Lord gave him green light. Meanwhile during the exodus of the Israelites, the Lord asked them to wait for Him to fight for them. There are battles like that of Jehosaphat that the Mighty Man of war prescribes another weapon in the place of arms. Knowing the weapon to use per time will secure your victory. There is a weapon for every battle!
