The Diary game 02/05/22. Celebrating Eid on a ghost town day...Eid Mubarak to all my fellow Muslims in the platform

Steem greetings to everyone and a happy Eid to you all. Though it landed on a ghost day, the celebration itself was a beautiful one. We woke up at 5a.m prayed and began with cooking I had come to spend the day with my sister and her husband so I helped her out it’s some of the kitchen work.
We washed dishes then I dried some of the plates using a kitchen napkin while my sister made peper soup and yam. When I was done with the dishes I went to assist my sister in the kitchen she asked me to begin preparing the ingredients for Salad. I started with cream (the sauce with which salad is eaten), I made the very delicious because good and tasty salad comes from the cream. After marking the cream it was around 7:30a.m when my sister’s husband came to the kitchen to inform me that we were almost getting late for prayers so I should stop what ever I was doing and take a bath so that we go for prayers together
My sister was stay back home and clean up the house.
By 8:30a.m we go the prayer ground and the prayer began at 9a.m

The men stood in front while the women were behind. When we were done praying I waited for my sisters husband by his car. We came back home together with my kid sister then she and I took some photos together

After taking the photos I changed to my working clothes and joined my sister back in the kitchen made the salad and dishes done fir my kid sister n I.

We made peper soup and yam, fried some chicken, made salad and bought some drinks and that was it. Since it was a ghost town day we had very few visitors and most of them were my in-law’s friends.

That was it fir the day and Tuesday the 03 of may 2022 was declared a public holiday so that those who did work can rest and those who want to continue celebrating can do so.
