The Diary Game 05/06/2022

Hello steemit family, happy Sunday. My diary of 5/6/2022. Started the day off at about 6:00. Got out of bed went to the bathroom to freshen up. By 7:00 I went to make breakfast so we can take and go to church. By 8:20 I was set for church though a little late. On my way I took a snap shot of myself at our gate.

At 8:30 was already in church where I attended Sunday school. Attended church service and the service ended at about 11:30. I left church went to one of the kids I tutor. Had some mathematics, and English lessons with her.

Left there rushed back home to get a bag of loin I took to my elder brother who was traveling. When I got back I went to visit my sister @monjuapollonia who entertained me with some akra cassava. I remember to take a picture of the akra when it was remaining just one.

Akra is a kind of puff puff made out of cassava. It is grater, the starch squeezed out of it and mixed with rip bananas and mixed with making sure that the banana is well smashed to make it pasty. The squeezed grated cassava is then mixed with the smashed bananas and formed in to small round balls and fried in red oil. It is then eaten with nice pepper sauce.

We had a nice time where we had a lot of gist and prepared banana "melace" and ate. By 18:00 I left for home to come and take a rest.
