The Diary Game Season 3 The Never Ending Season
Hello beautiful steemit family, hope you all are doing well. Bringing to you my diary of 8 and 9/1/2022. I got up that day at about 6am since I had no work that day it's was a weekend so I had to rest well. When I got up I thank God for the gift of life. When I got up I went to my bathroom and freshened up. I stay home for some time that morning before I finally went to the market. A friend of mine got up that morning and asked me to bake a cake for her son's birthday that was to be on Sunday. So I had no plans of going to the market but because of the cake I had to go to the market to get things I needed in order to bake the cake. When I went to the market I realized that prices of thing had really rose to a very high amount. I had no choice but to get the things since I had already assured her that I was going to bake the cake though the money she gave was not enough. By 2pm I was back from the market, I rested and got up to bake the cake.
By 4pm I stated the process.
I mixed and kept it in the already heated pot. Now the process for my cake baking. Use ingredients like sugar, butter, flour, egg, oil, yogurt, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt. So what I did was I separated the egg white from the egg yolk. Creamed butter, sugar and baking powder together, added oil and creamed, and I added the egg yolk and creamed when it was well creamed I added yogurt and creamed afterwards I added flour and vanilla sugar mixed well and after beating my egg white well I added to the mixture. I mixed to form a smooth look. Before mixing my cake I had already kept my put with a little sand in it on the stove since I do not have and oven. When I had place my cake in the pot I was constantly checking to make sure my cake doesn't burn. After two and a half hour I checked and removed my cake it was already ready.
I kept it to cool off and it was done for the evening as I went to bed early at about 7:40pm as there was no light in my quarter.
On the 9th which was the day I was supposed to deliver the cake I got up early at about 4:30am so that I would be able to ice the cake since I was to do butter icing on the cake. I used icing sugar and butter to do my cake covering, I added some color to it, blue and pink. I started covering my cake which is what I have here
Here are the steps till final.
I prepared myself that morning after I had finished covering the cake. I got myself ready for church and on my way to church I handed the cake to the lady. After church service I came to see what they were doing for the birthday. I took some snaps of the kid who was celebrating with his brothers.
