The Diary Game [7/07/2024] A Sunday With A Different

Happy new week my beautiful steemians across the globe, I trust your day is going on smoothly, as for me, it is well. Please kindly permit me to share with you how my yesterday went.

As I woke up early that morning at about 5:30am, I praise God for the privilege of seeing a brand new day then I played a song on my phone, the song we are to minister in church as a choir, I put it on repeat so that it will give me inspiration till I finished up with my preparation to church.

After my praising God, I tidy up my room, by dressing the bed and sweeping the room, then I moved on to brushed my teeth and also to take my bath.

Then I dressed up sharpenly and arranged my handbag then I stepped out to the church.

Getting to the church, the worship session was on going, I quickly went straight to my seat at the choir stand and then joined in the worship too.

After the worship comes the praise session, it was so interesting and I thank the praise leader because he ginger our spirit in a lively way.

After the praise and worship session, the church theatre department did a few minutes playlet to usher ushered the whole church into the second half of the year. It was really an amazing display by them.

After their drama, it was time for church announcements then after, the 3 choirs we have in the church ministered their songs, then my pastor mounted the pulpit and began to preach the sermon.

When the church service was over, it started raining so heavily, some people that had vehicles went home while some of us stayed behind for the rain to stop or subside

During the waiting time I decided to test-run my camera with some pictures.

The rain fell for a longer time, before I could leave the church back home it was already 5pm. As I got home, I freshened up and then look for something and eat.

As I was trying to get some rest, I received a call from two of my long time friends that stays in another state telling me that they're in town, so I was happy to hear that, and they wanted to see me, so i suggested a sit-put place that's closer to my area.

That was how I dressed up and left the house to meet up with them at the place.

We sat and discussed for a long time, we gisted about so many stuff. Then one of them order for roasted meat and a Chinese tea.

This was my first time of drinking such tea and I really enjoyed it, I didn't know that all this sit-out places normally have something different like that, apart from their normal alcohol drinks.

It was really a good day for me, meeting up with my good old friends, I was there with them till few minutes to 9pm.

Since it was already dark, I told them I will be going, they escorted me to the road before they went back there and I went straight to my house.

Reaching the house, I just went straight to the bed and lay down since there was nothing for me to do and I wasn't hungry either. That was how my yesterday ended.
