The Diary Game [12/03/2024] // Shooting a short film on mental health

Hi steemians, hope you all had a great day I'm excited to share with you all how my day was shooting a shortfilm about mental health in children.

So the day started really early with me and my team challenged. We had to shoot at a primary school but 30 minutes to the time we were told we couldn't. As early as 8AM we had the news and were frustrated. However we made calls and were able to pull through.

So we spoke to the Proprietor of VoTech Academy at Hospital Roundabout Bamenda who agreed to help us.
So actually filming started at 1PM with the children. We had about 4 scenes to shoot. Fortunately the children understood and helped us realize the shoot. They were patient and really collaborated with us.
We finally finished filming at about 4:30 PM and we rushed to the regional hospital to take some transition shots since we had shot in the hospital as well.

Finally, we got back to the office at about 5:30 PM copied out the images and everyone went home.

I arrived home at about 7 PM so excited and tired but grateful because we had achieved the goal of the day.
In total I'm really happy we made the film because I feel mental health especially in children is not really talked about.
