CAN YOU GROW ON STEEM ALONE?

I will like to greatly appreciate the entire team of @steem-cameroon from the country representative @thegreens to the MODs @saxopedia @boull, You all are doing a great work as a team to put our country on the steem map.
I joined steem January 2021 and only became very active in April. This was after I got added up into the wattsapp group chat of steem-cameroon. I was impressed by the number of Cameroonian steemians around me that I had no clue about and they kept adding by the day.
In this group chat,
- we are given daily tips on how to steem and be successful
- we recieve updates on the country contests
- equally we are lectured how to write good posts that can meet the standards of @steemcurator01 @steemcurator04 @booming.
We equally have another group chat to share our post links amongst ourselves and steeminians. From here, we everyone is obliged to comment, upvote and summarily support the other before sending their post link. With this, we are sure everyone has atleast something on their every post from the upvotes of others.
To have STEEM at this point is due to the efforts of so many. I remember when I was going through the Achievement tasks as a newbie, I learnt about the steem ecosystem and components such as steemworld.org, steemscan.com
All these were by different individuals in the likes of @steemchiller, @justyy respectively that certainly worked together to have us delegate, power-up, withdraw SBD amongst others.

The leading team, together as they work do weekly checks on the blogs of Cameroonian steemains to make sure everyone is supported.
Without these, I don't know where I as a person will be on steem, may be I would have abandoned already. But with this team way of working atleast I know a door to knock on when its raining.
I will always be with a group of persons than 1 person. More ideas come up when you are together, work is done faster and cheaper because everyone is specialized atleast at 1 thing.
I dont think anyone can succeed alone on Steemit;
- Most countries are grouped as communities all in a bit to register everyone on the platform which will eventually help the leaders know how to get more members
- Getting good recognitions comes from good recommendations. You need someone to tell someone about you
- You need Upovotes and Likes to gain influence
- You need an audience to read your blog and comment either with criticisms or appreciation after which you know which way to bettet yourself
Why should you be alone on steem?
No one can grow alone. Like you talked of recommendations, you will also need someone to tell someone about you before you can be admitted in a school or offered a job.
And even when you open your own business you will still need customers.
