Shalom Hope you are doing well, this week by his grace, we will look at the relationship between a believer and God.
But let's see today, let's see something in the book of Job

I want us to see the dangers of Hyper Grace. Tomorrow by the grace of God, we will treat on the concept of God as Father. this will be seen in the life of Job. In the story of Job, we see two main relationships; that is, sonship and servanthood. Job had sons and servants in his house.

Job.1.5 - When these celebrations ended--and sometimes they lasted several days-- Job would purify his children. He would get up early in the morning and offer a burnt offering for each of them. For Job said to himself, "Perhaps my children have sinned and have cursed God in their hearts." This was Job's regular practice.

Notice, that these humans did nothing to be his sons. Job did everrthing for them. Purified them, sacrificed for them, provided for them, etc. though they lived in the same house with the servants, their lifestyle were turkey different.

They were those to take over him when he dies, all that he had was theirs, infact, they became sons by grace. they did nothing, but he gave birth to them. he lived them, and did everything for them, same with God that sanctifies us, makes us holy, etc (you know the rest)
Because of this, job's sons became irresponsible, for their father was doing all for them. since they did nothing to be born, they thought they also needed to do nothing to be alive, since their father was rich, with servants working for them (Heb:7).

So, they will keep feasting without consecration, because Job did everything (Christ has done it all and there is no sin in the new nature)
Job.1.5 - When a period of feasting had run its course, Job would send and have them purified. Early in the morning he would sacrifice a burnt offering for each of them, thinking, "Perhaps my children have sinned and cursed God in their hearts." This was Job's regular custom. But!

Job.1.13 - One day when Job's sons and daughters were feasting and drinking wine at the oldest brother's house,
Job.1.18 - While he was still speaking, yet another messenger came and said, "Your sons and daughters were feasting and drinking wine at the oldest brother's house,
Job.1.19 - when suddenly a mighty wind swept in from the desert and struck the four corners of the house. It collapsed on them and they are dead, and I am the only one who has escaped to tell you!"

What happened was that when attack came, the only survival was a servant. who didn't have all the privileges of the sons. who should be blamed? Job for loving them and doing all for them, or them, for not sacrificing and seeking God like their father did? they must have said, daddy is doing all, and saw the servants striving like self righteousness act. Jesus gave us a template on how to live on earth, but we say, he came to pay the price for us to live under less pressuring principles than his.
In the fiscal system, it is said, too much tax kills tax. the too much of everything is harmful to mankind. tomorrow, we start with Fatherhood!

Let me just lay a foundation for tomorrow. Paul was an apostle to the Gentiles, but not the only one. Peter was an apostles to the Jews, not the only one too. the real question is, who are gentiles or jews according to this two statements of Galatians? Are Jews descendance of Abraham, and Gentiles, non Jews? remember, in Christ, there is neither gentile nor Jew. So if there isn't, who are the gentile paul says he is sent to? You're free to answer in the comment section.
