Steem Cameroon Best Day Contest : 19/09/2021

Hello beloved steemians, it's a pleasure to write about this beautiful day i tagged my best day of last week.
Thanks to contests like this in the community, many of us who never had time to trace back activities of each day lest of even taking notice of best days have began doing so.

My best day of last week was Saturday the 11th of September 2021. Below are the various activities i did which made me come to this Conclusion.

MORNING

---

I woke up today at 4am and while waiting for the time Wonders without numbers was to commence, i began scrolling through the Steen cameroon community to check on new posts. Which i fell on this post which made my heart really heavy.

From 5-6am i followed my program and then at 6am while i wanted to have personal time with my Father, this burden kept hunting me and I had to quench it by swapping from worship to intercession. I was done by 7am and went down to the store where I profited and went to the field to check on players if they begun.

They hadn't yet begun so i left back home and dressed in my sports attire, went back to the field but was placed in the goals instead of ahead as usual. I made some saves in the first half without conceding a goal before getting substituted.

Our match ended 4-1 on our favour though i didn't register my name on the score sheet🤦🏾‍♂️ went back and began by holding my phone and then went to take my bath.

AFTERNOON

---

I finished taking my bath and received a call from @godwill123 who asked where i was and what i was doing! Because he wanted me to come meet him at Papa's place, since there was dedication of his house and many delicacies on the menu.

Well i took care of myself then dressed up and took a bike to the place immediately. I arrived there at about 2pm while the match of Tottenham vs Crystal palace was playing, by reason of courtesy i greeted everyone and grabbed a seat while drinking Bavaria and watching this match.

While barbecue was getting done outside we were there making noise. After some time the ceremony began with the speeches from the various speech makers and Papa himself. That is how the match of Man U vs Newcastle was to begin, with the first match of Cristiano Ronaldo too.

Just as they made their entrance to the pitch, we all headed for the table where I got myself 2bundles of achu, fixed it with my fingers in a traditional way. It was long i did that, i remember doing that only in the village. After which i filled soup in the hole and then obstacles were added😎 . I went back to my seat majestically and had a double portion of enjoyment; 1. Watching CR7 play in the club that built him up 2. Diminishing some cool food with a non alcoholic beverage.

EVENING

While i still ate, Ronaldo scored a goal oh my God! It was the moment of shouting! The moment was magical it was as though we were live. Good was diminished, and a took a second can of Bavaria but the moment i opened it, it was time for the barbecue. We all went outside and I thought we were to eat directly but it went raw!!!

It went raw in the sense that Papa's childhood friends showered him with drinks oh my God! I felt for him but what could I do? I obviously joined them.

At the end of his shower, he went in to take another shower and we officially opened the barbecue😂 my God, he was all wet!

We began diminishing the goat meat barbecue and the unexpected happened, CR7 again scored🔥😎 so we finished with the barbecue and everyone entered the parlour and continued the match in commentaries and talks and laughter. The match finally ended at 4-1 score just as our match that morning.

The tv was now switched the the house turned to a game house where Papa thrashed everyone apart from me. Because I respected grace 😂 i didn't want to get whooped by him. He was too tough.

The time arrived for @godwill123 and i to disappear, so we took a taxi which left us halfway and we Bagan trekking the rest of the way. But at the end we boarded another bike to his house where we cooked groundnut and ate before i took another bike back to my home at 8:30pm.

CONCLUSION

I chose this day as best day because of the following events

• I played 1st half in the poles but didn't concede any goal
• I used my personal time to pray for someone in need of my prayers.
• I tasted good goat meat barbecue
• I attended a house Dedication and saw the way they showered papa
• I diminished a nice plate of achu with enough obstacles stopping me😂
• CR7 scored a brace at his first match and I didn't get a whooping from Papa on PS4😂
