Steem Bank Power up Challenge: 15/05/2021
Hello steemians, I'm happy to take part in this wonderful contest organized by the newly appointed #steemcameroon representative @thegreens.
Power up is a process whereby, any steemian can use to increase Steem Power (SP) which helps the steemian to grow in stature and popularity not forgetting influence and power while voting on a post.
Power up can be done easily by exchanging the Steem to Steem power.
Below is a screenshot of my account before the power up.
As we can all see, I had 30steem and powered it all to Steem power. As you can see below.

I'm hoping to power up more in the days to come and delegate more to the growth of the community.

Good job bro. Even the least person after reading this post should be able to clearly understand powering up process.
It shows how much master your back office. The journey continues. See you when we get to the top of it

Powering down surely yeah! exists. It is just the reverse of power up. You power down mostly only when you want to sell your account. In this case you need 1month for a complete power down. During the process you can still stop the power down.
It consists of converting your SP to Steem. But has so many disadvantages, for example your influence on posts reduce and the votes you cast have less strength, subsequently reducing your curation rewards. In a nutshell, the lower your SP the more you depend only on author rewards.
I advice anyone doing a power up to not power down coz it's like investing and you win both in author rewards and curation rewards.
