MY ROLE MODEL
Hello to all, and thanks to @saxopedia for this amazing contest. We surely have different or many people we regard as role models, who in one way or the other have fashioned and chiseled our way of thinking and pattern of behaviour.
My one of my role models among many, who I'll be talking about is, Apostle Michael Orokpo Apeh.

Apostle Michael Orokpo is a 40 year old gospel preacher who was born on the 1st of March 1981 in Benue state, Nigeria.
He is a holder of a PhD in Chemistry from the
Federal University of Agric, Makurdi. A place where he obtained all his certificates from BSc to PhD. He just got married to his lovely wife, Osenaga Umobuarie on the 23rd of April 2021.
He is an Apostle of God on fire as i call him and he istructs in the Cave Adullam Bible College under the mentorship of his Spiritual father, Apst. Arome Osayi where he got ordained in 2019.
His Ministry is for the advancement of God’s Kingdom and the repentance of lost souls. His followers testify of the positive impact of his ministry in their lives, and through him, many have been called back to God. source
Why my Role Model?
As a young person who just gave his life to Christ in 2020, i was not really serious about the life i gave. Coz i kept taking and giving it back to Christ in the sense that what I repented of, i kept going back to it i.e drugs, women, masturbation, lies, gluttony, lust, pornography,smoking etc.
But one day my cousin came home and plugged his flash drive on the TV and this man's message was playing. Jesus Christ! The words that sprung forth of his lips hit my spirit so hard that i left for my room where I wept. And asked myself several questions.
The Majerius who was lukewarm began searching for his messages online and listening to them, and little by little all those mountains began bowing down to me.
He has helped me big time in my quest for the knowledge of Christ, my prayer life began hitting it's crescendo while i listened to him. My hunger for the things of God increased and my hunger for studying the Bible and christian books were amplified.

Though i have never met him physically, we have interacted spiritually. I currently am enrolled in a mentorship program by him, where he teaches us about priesthood, prayer, giving etc either on zoom or YouTube. He is a humanitarian who loves souls and will do anything for the gospel of salvation to reach the ends of the earth.
I am proud to call him my mentor because besides being a preacher, he is also a humanitarian, a teacher and a knowledge seeker. I still wonder how he managed to have a masters and PhD during the time he was deeply in ministry as a travelling minister.
Conclusion
I thank the Lord Almighty for the day i fell on his messages because it made me discover many other preachers and ministers on the likes of Evang. Lawrence Oyor, Min. Theophilus Sunday, Min. Dunsin Oyekan, Watchman Tosine, Apst. Edu Udechukwu, Apst Arome Osayi and many others
I'd encourage anyone who is tired of all his or her secret sins and wants to follow Christ to the fullest to listen to his messages and see a shift in his or her spiritual and social life.

The life of others can be a great impact to us. That is why they say show me your friend and i will tell you who are. If you flow with thiefs the possibility of you becoming a thief is high and if you flow with the righteous then you likely become so righteous .
I am so excited of the new you. This can only be possible by the power of the holy ghost who is our strength and comforter. Stay connected to the holy spirit and i assure you the future is assured and fulfilment will be your portion all the days of your life.
Your role model will be a good motivator to your activities but learn to be self sustained with the holy spirit because your role model may not be available one day for you to watch and copy but the holy spirit is always there to teach you and guide you all through.
I pray you live a life that will always reflect your role model and Christ our source of salvation.
