Hi guys,its another morning for me to present to you all my diary.

Yesterday,i wasn't feeling well so i got out of bed late at about 9am,managed to brush my teeth and thereafter i immediately had my bath,after which i dressed up and laid back in bed till about 12pm in the afternoon when lights came back cause we usually don't have lights in the morning till that time due to the fact that electricity in the north west is been rationed...

I was in bed waiting for lights to come so i can watch tv while eating,lights finally came and i got made prepared corn and beans stew what we commonly call "cornchaff",the cooking process was easy and very simple all thanks to a friend and a big sis who owns a local food shop calles mimi's local food shop its based in douala but they do deliverys of all kind of already made african food stuffs from pepper to garri to rice and even plantain flour too all over the national territory and even abroad and their services are top notch👌.

We all know how stressful and stranious the process of cooking cornchaff is and how much time consuming it is but Mimi's localfoodshop made everything simple and easy for me with their already washed and peeled corn and beans all i needed to do was just to add my spices into the pot containing the corn and the beans add some water,oil,maggi and salt and allow it to boil...45mins everything was ready

I sat on the coutch to eat while watching a documentary on tv and stayed indoors till i slept
