"Steem Cameroon Best day Contest - 25- 05- 2024"

Cordial greetings my fellow friends, I trust you're all doing good, it's another week to share my best day f the week contest with you guys and i hope y'all are gonna enjoy, i have a great reason for choosing this day I mean 25- 05- 2024 as my best day of the week. Do you wanna know? as your reading down, you'll find it out.

To stay in accordance with the contest rules, I mean not writing a diary game, I start by uploading my first picture.

Touching the heel.	Taking the dumbbell.

It was a Saturday for aerobics programs and I was interested in participating. Saturday was different from others day because we did a lot of work out such as touching our heel and muscle improvement, we used dumbbell for the muscle improvement We did others things like running and walking around the field, such of which we didn't engage the previous days.

_{During the general meeting.}

After we got ride of the aerobics programs, a general meeting was hold for all the team to atten. During the meeting hour, important words of encouragement were given and most importantly, advice on how to improve and develop the team were told. We also relate buying of work out equipment to strengthen the visibility of the team.

_{The three types of drinks we took.}

We didn't just exercise, hold a meeting and left. We entertained the team with cold drinks, after the aerobics programs, some people felt pains including me as well, but when the drinks came all the pains ran away. As seen in the picture, there are three types of drinks inside the cane, calling by name Pepsi, Champ Malta and Champion. I was happy to drink my champ Malta.

After the whole workout at the mini stadium which we literally performed our program, the whole team went for a swim. This was the interested part because we had fun there. We played a different types of fun play inside the pool, such play were swimming competition, playing football, holding breath inside the water and the likes of familiar swimming pool fun activities.

There's a lot of reasons why I deliberately choose Saturday 25- 05- 2024 as my best day of that previous week. One reason is the program which I personally engage on, the aerobics workout was really beneficial because after the program, I was Strong enough to do anything. That day was my first day swimming inside the pool and I was so opportune to do so.

Morever, spending quality time with steemians has always been a moment that gave me a big happiness. At the event place, I was with some steemians like @ngoenyi @alli001 @fortwis09 @fifapresido and @wizzyboy3. The moment we spent in both the workout and the swimming are unforgettable in my mind and i don't think I'll ever forget them.

In conclusion, some days are worth living whereas some aren't, some days are milky and honey while some are bitter like bitter leaf. When life gives the seven colours of rainbows, embrace it with joy, and when it rains, you'll overcome the negativity it carry along with joy.
