This is a very famous phrase related to health AN APPLE A DAY KEEPS THE DOCTOR AWAY . It is said that Apple is one of the fruits that is most healthy for our health and it is also said that if we eat apple at the morning time means in the breakfast then it causes us to be very healthy and stayway many disease from us.
We seek a doctor then we are unwell and obviously if we keep ourselves healthy by following different healthy lifestyle routines then we don't need to go towards the doctor so it is a very famous phrase about which I am talking.

What are some practics that we should do to be healthy?
There are a lot of things that we should follow to keep ourself healthy first of all it includes lifestyle means dietary changes as well as workout at daily basis so I want to explain the situations one by one in some elaborated words.
Dietary changes are very important first of all if you really want to move towards healthy life. So you should includes a lot of vegetables and fruits in your diet as well as you should also take the procancies that because proteins are also very important for health.
Most of the body component is made up of the proteins so protein intake is very good but I have noticed that some people who are diet conscious and make their self smart and slim skip carbohydrates through their diet but I want to clear that completely skipping carbohydrates is also not good because carbohydrates are also very important for digestion purposes and for absorption of energy into the body.

Exercise is considered very important if you want to move your life towards the healthy life style and this is the second important step I have noticed that most of the people just change their lifestyle by changing their diet but they don't think that how much exercise is important for them.
Exercise is very important for maintaining the health because exercise regulates your body metabolism very well and absorbs the essential vitamins and minerals from your food in a proper way and also keeps your skin hydrated and maintain your blood pressure.

I am saying that these habits should be adopted by everyone because I don't tell any habit which is contraindicated in some patients or in some people so these all are the habits that are very safe so everyone could apply on it.
