International day of families are very important in different societies. This will represents the commemorative days to all of the Families all over the world. Here in our country, The Philippines also celebrated this kind of activities, the Local Government obliged everyone to spend time with their families even in a short while, to show the live and support for each Filipino Family. Having a wonderful and united Family is very nice and we have a peaceful way of living. No disturbance, noise, hurt feelings and even struggles between the Family member.
Here in our Country, particularly in Mindanao, we also celebrated Family day. The Local Government here in our town was announced and greeted a happy Family day and to pursue and encourage everyone to love one another. This contest is very interesting and I would like to share my ideas and happenings here in our place regarding with the activities.
What do you know about the day?
Last day, May 15 our country celebrated the Family day. According to my own understanding, family day is very important to all of us. Through this, we can show our love to our Family members, to be strongly united and maintain the peaceful life of every family members. In basically situations, some of our Family members don't have enough time spending to their family because of the busy day due to work. Some of the family was broke due to any fake news they heard or a caught in the act of cheating. As for that, last day our Country conducted this activity about the Family day, and this is the time to become united, accepting forgiveness and give a last chance and strong bond of the Family member.
How do your country or your organization celebrate the day?
Here in our country, the Government announced that in the day of the Family, it should be spending time to our love one. This is very basic activities but it brings a lot of joy and happiness for every family members. The church also encourage everyone to become strong in faith and have a calmness of mind always. This will help to keep the family strong together and be united as one Family of God. As I observed here in our residence, other families take a short walk in the park and eating time together in the eatery or restaurants.
What Impact does your community gain during and after the commemoration?
The good impact about this activity is that, many families would spending time with their loveone and they will understand how important the Family is and they will see how they are very important to us. To all people who have conflicts with thier family member, they will surely accepted the apologize and know to apologize to others, this is very difficult to do because of the Pride we have but if we can do this, the whole family will have a peaceful way of Life.
What Issue or concern will you recommend to be commemorated this week and on what day?
If I have a chance to implement this kind of activities, I would rather to do ANIMAL WELFARE WEEK. This kind of theme is based on the videos spreading in the social media about hurting animals. This can help to know why is important not to hurt animals and to show our love to them. Here in the World, we should love and united with each other, we should love also the animals and we must show to them how they are important to us.
That's right, family day is a very important moment for all of us. Through this celebration, we can appreciate, show love ,and strengthen the bonds In our families. It is an opportunity to unite family members, create a peaceful life ,and support one another.
Unfortunately, in the busyness and challenges of everyday life, some family members may not have enough time for their family. Busy work and other demands can lead To separation and a lack of quality time together. Therefore, commemorating Family Day is a valuable moment to reflect on this and find ways to allocate better time for your family.
By holding activities on Family Day, our country provides an opportunity for families To unite ,entertain ,and build strong bonds. This is an important moment for strengthening family relationships ,forgiving mistakes and giving the last chance To build a harmonious family life.
May the commemoration of Family Day in our country be successful and provide lasting benefits To all families. Let us remain committed To creating a family life full of love ,support and peace.
