Hey steemians hope you all guys are doing great as we move forward to next week of a weekly challenge and its week 4 we are learning and exploring more and more though out the contest I think all communities and people who are arranging this contest for us in this week in this post we will be talking about our health precautions and importance of fruits and our diets

What do you understand by this statement?


" An apple keeps the Doctor away" we do understand form this statement that a having a good diet can keep you away from any kind of illness you when you keep you diet clean and healthy then you don't any doctor in your life anymore a fruit play a major role in your health as you have a good amount of fruit in your day you will be healthy and active throughout the whole day

Consuming an apple every day can reduce the risk of health problems Apples are rich in fiber, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, which can help boost the immune system, regulate blood sugar, and reduce the risk of various diseases. So, this phrase emphasizes the importance of eating fruits and maintaining a healthy diet to prevent health problems and stay healthy.

What are some practices/habits you do to make sure you're healthy? (State and give the importance in your own words)


There are a lot of practices/habits that can change your life style and make you healthy and active for example if we spoke about morning routine it does effect your health so much as you wakeup early in the morning in first hour of morning do your daily exercise which will be the start for your perfect healthy day then have clean and full of nutrients break-fast which your body need hit the gym every day so your body will be in perfect shape and get yourself a healthy body . Your sleep routine can effect your health tooo much as you lay on which category of sleepers sleeping less than or more than 8 hours can effect your brain and your body so have 8 hours of sleep everyday so your mental and physical health will be good

And as for diet have a lot of fruits vegies which contains different kind of vitamins drink milk every day which is good for your bones

How did you discover these activities? Did you discover the activities/habits by yourself or someone told recommended them to you?


well a friend of mine recommend me this activities as she as too concern about her health so she advice every one to get a hand on a good morning routine by the way she knows everything about her intake for a day as she know the items which will be good in morning break-fast lunch or dinner she loves to be in a perfect shape she has a perfect diet she do regular exercise in morning so the rest of her day goes perfect and i adore her so much

What are the health benefits of the habit(s)?


The habit that i mention above can give you a lot health benefits as a morning person you can be active not lazy as for the diet if you eat clean your skin skin and health will be on a perfect shape if you start start eating junk food that will will destroy your habitat and you will be lazy and hard to move easily eat more but clean having a good quality sleep will help you to be creative and active throughout your day doing exercise will help you in getting shape and healthy if you just eat and didn't have have any exercise your body will be in bad shape and it can bring too many diseases

YEs!! i think everyone should engage in these habits if they want to be healthy and want to get rid of their boring routine these habits are the one which is recommended by every healthy person who are health conscious and do care about their daily routine about their health they focus on their habitat and diet and do exercise everyday to be in good shape and have a positive and healthy mindset having bad routine and bad diet can effect your mental and physical health so anyone who want to get positive mentality and want to become physically fit so they should have to choose a best diet and routine for their self

What health tips would you give steemians?


Yes there is some tips i would like to give it to all the steemians ,


1 : Get yourself a perfect routine and drink more water and eat apple a day


2 : Get a proper ad quality sleep for the day


3 : Do exersice in first hour of your morning


4 : Eat more but clean


5 : Perfect diet e.g Fruits, Vegies which contains different type of minerals and calories


6 : Drink milk every day and balanced diet for sugar and salt

Apple is having also an interesting substance that I am sure is pretty good for our health, the pectin, which is really mainly in the external side of fruit. So, it's good to eat it without peeling off.🍎🍏
