Hello everyone. I hope you are all doing great.
It is a pleasure i finally get to participate in this contest. Which is the steemit engagement contest. By the way this seems to be an interesting topic for the week 4. The topic which asking of whether people are born or made. The is talking about talent here. Whether people are born with it or they learn it own their own.

      **WHAT IS TALENT**

We need to first of all understand what is meant by talent in the first place.

Talent can be explained as something or a form of action an individual is capable of doing it naturally without finding any difficulties or inconveniences when doing it.

Almost every individual is born with one or two special talent of themselves. This type of talent is regarded as natural talent or we sometimes say (Gifted talent). Yes, that is from my observation and experiment. Which you and i can clearly testify to. Most people or individuals have been able to recognize their abilities or talents whiles some haven't yet. Those who are able to identify theirs are working to build up on it.
Also there is this particular type of talent that people learn through practice and experience. This can be regarded as an acquired talent.
What people like to do most and finds it fun when doing can be regarded as an example of talent. Other forms of talent are singing, dancing and many other forms.

DIFFERENCE BETWEEN INBORN AND SELF LEARNED TALENT

INBORN TALENT:
Inborn talents are the activities an individual finds out that he is capable of doing it naturally since his childhood and he or she is very good at it. Most of these forms of inborn talents are naturally or genetically passed down to children from their parents. That is in most cases. But also some of the talent too are not found in either of the victims parents but only the victim has it. Religious, this can be regarded as a God given talent. There are many cases where by people are born with special talents that non of his relatives has it. Mostly people or victims with special or inborn talent are really good at it.

SELF LEARNED TALENT:
This is also a form of talent that is achieved through hard work and perseverance. In most cases people learn a particular talent because they love it and thinks it is fun. This type is not in any way like the inborn talent. With this one, you have to strive in order to achieve or learn it. You wouldn't achieve it if you don't dedicate all your time and effort for it. This is because it is a new thing that you are training your body to known it from heart. In most cases self taught talent are not that seen perfect in an individual as compared to inborn talent.

ILLUSTRATION OF THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF TALENTS

The illustrations will have to do with the way each type of talent portrays or shows on an individual. That is how one can identify that this is an inborn talent or a self taught talent. From the previous paragraph, i was trying to differentiate these two where by i said that with the inborn talent the individual does or portrays the talent perfectly without finding any difficulties whiles with the self learn talent the individual sometimes finds it difficult.

We can look at a case of students in a class. There are some individuals found in classes that when taught something in class it automatically sticks in their head. He doesn't have to go and sit on it before he gets it into his head. While there are other individuals in the same class who has to go and sit on what was taught before he or she can get it into their heads and understand it. One can say that the former is naturally gifted when it comes to memorization and understanding. Whiles the latter has to practice and learn in order to be able to perfect his memorization and when he or she is able to do that, then they have acquired a memorization skill.
The one who doesn't memorizes and understands what is being taught at the very begging is naturally talented doesn't have to go and sit on what was been taught in order to get it. But with the one who needs to sit on what was taught has to keep on doing that in order not to loose it.

Most footballers are known to be able to play football since childhood and are great at it. Whiles others learn it after finding out that it is fun and pays well. So they try to look for a club and start training hard in order to be able to play. People who are born to play are good at it from the very beginning and love playing.

HOW CAN ONE IDENTIFY HIS OR HER TALENT

Exploring ones talent i will say is quite a little task to do. This is based on my way of doing that. That is by studying yourself to find out what you are good at and love doing it. Also you can find out by paying attention to what others say or think you are good at. With these two examples one can easily identify their talent.

ABOUT MY TALENT
Like i earlier said people are born with one or two special talents but they also try to learn new talents as they grow. An individual might be good at a specific talent but doesn't love it. There are many cases of that. This could be as a result of influence. Either from people around him or through his observations.
My inborn talent has to do with the way i like exploring new things and doing whatever in my capability to know and can put into practice the new thing learnt. I am also good at art(drawing) too and i love doing it. This is a link to one my of drawing in the community
With the self learn talent i think i am developing a deep interest in writing and reading. Which i am still working on.

In conclusion, i will say that people are naturally gifted with one or two special talent. But few are able to recognize theirs and are benefiting from it. Also, we can aquire new talents to the naturally or inborn ones by learning.
