My reforms as an educational minister @habdallah.

Hello everyone once again. I say every big thanks to @steemcameroon and the @thegrees for throwing this type of contest out...
To begin with, we all know that education is a very important tool in the in every society and the world at large. To talk about it's importance to a person,it brings about an inherent and permanent change in a person's thinking and capacity to do things.
Also it opens up job opportunities for someone who is educated.
But looking at the contest,i see it to be a very important issue that needs to be attended to. Speaking of the kind of educational system we have here in Africal as whole which is very poor and unorganized.
The educational system here in ghana also needs a reform. I say so because it is poorly organised, as compared to the educational system in the foreign world.

Real education is very different to just having access to information about something. Real education embeds things into one's brain, and anyone who understands learning will understand that this comes from repeated exposure and use of information or skills.
So as an educational minister, some of the reforms i will be doing in the educational system are as follow;
Firstly i will try and channel more money into the educational system, because the monetary issue there is very low.
Teachers are not being paid well. These same teachers are the one who will be teaching the kids so why can't they have enough or adequate amount of income to help them put in their best in when teaching.
Also classroom and educational facilities need to be construed so as to ensure a harmonious environment.
Would you believe that pupils in some part of ghana still learn under trees?

Which i see it to be a disgraceful act to the government.
Finally students needs to be motivated and encouraged. This can be done in several ways, like awarding students with scholarship and others to keep them motivated.
These are just some few things as an educational minister i will be doing to improve the sector.
