MY DAIRY GAME:24/10/2021

Hello steemians and welcome to my 2nd edition of THE DIARY GAME. I would be pleased to share with you all how my day was and what was achieved .

Tuesday the 19th of October 2021 was a day well spent. As I got up from bed I did my normal routine work by preparing the younger ones to go to school while equally preparing myself to leave the house as well. It's never easy to feed this children in the morning as you will receive one complain to another. At times one will need to use a weep before some of them can force food in their mouths.
After seeing them off to school I traked to a junction in mile 4 nkwen so that I can get a taxi to town. On my way to the junction the road was not as busy as it used to be.

To be honest, I was not myself knowing the nature of our country and town in particular. So I had to reduce the pace at which I was walking only to reach mile 4 nkwen junction and discovered few cars in circulation. I observed that most shops were not opened.

I later on received a call from one of my colleagues to hold on and observe whether places are to be opened or not. She said it's like this day was to be observed as a ghost town day in memory of a child that was killed in Buea, South West region of Cameroon last week.

I don't just want to read or write anything concerning this child's dead because it's a terrible incident to remember as a mother. My prayer is that God should continue to console this family from this terrible and shocking experience.
I rushed back home after receiving the call. I went and collected the younger ones from school after which I went to church later during the day for a meeting. The meeting went on well and before I knew, it was already evening and I had to rush home to prepare dinner and later on called it a day.
